Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Dartford

Hours: Full time

Salary:DOE

ACS have teamed up with a successful and established law firm in Kent to assist them with the recruitment of a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE for their Dartford office.

About you

The successful applicant will be expected to act for a range of clients dealing with noncontentious commercial matters principally concerning property. This will include freehold acquisitions and disposals commercial leasehold transactions site acquisitions and development and secured lending including close liaison with financial institutions. They will also be expected to deal with business sales and purchases and will also have some limited dealings with residential property matters.

Required Skills & Experience/ Responsibilities:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE

IT literate

Excellent analytical communication interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to manage own caseload and to meet tight deadlines and targets.

Some experience within residential conveyancing is desirable.

Person Specification

Calm and professional

Is able to demonstrate a positive proactive and professional approach

Confident commercially minded and a good problem solver
