The Position

What do we offer

To be part of a new cohort of the RocheCEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry. 11 months of internships at Roche where you will participate in challenging projects and benefit from pioneering postgraduate training in the market about the pharmaceutical industry.

You will have the opportunity to get on the job training by working on key projects with your designated department from Monday to Thursday and attend in person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday.

Our main location is Madrid we are open to applications from all over Spain but relocation will be needed as part of the program expectations. Office attendance is expected (with some flexbility) to enjoy the connection to our colleagues network and get exposure.

Last but not least you will have mentorship by a Roche tutor who will give you continuous feedback to develop your professional skills. The mentors for the program are Roches senior and experienced young talent development professionals.

What are the main responsibilities of a Finance intern

As an intern you will work directly with business teams squads and ecosystems to help them make the best decisions regarding sales forecasting and investment optimization through business scenarios and track the impact of their tactics to facilitate strategic financial decisions. You will also provide insights using internal and external sources of information help set ambitious goals and lead initiatives to ensure the success and ambition we want in the business. Additionally you will collaborate closely with teams from various therapeutic areas on updating the Business Plan and discussions on resource prioritization and financial return. You will also be able to connect with and create connections with teams from other countries to attract more knowledge and export best practices.

What are we looking for in this position

• Recent graduates or university students who will obtain their degree in the summer in the areas of Economics ADE Finance Analytics Engineering

• With high analytical skills and knowledge of business forecasting and analytical and financial management.

• International profile with mobility capacity.

• Valuable to have knowledge of SAP BW SAC tableau Google suite.

• Also be an expert in Excel and in business presentations.

• With high levels of teamwork skills and influence on them.

• Business vision Analytical skills Working in networks Ability to connect with people from other countries.

• We want proactive and curious candidates that are willing to learn and grow by challenging the status quo.

• We are looking for flexible talents that adapt to changes and are willing to collaborate with teams in a network organization.

• Advanced level of communication in English and Spanish.

• Desirable to have international experience as a student or working abroad.

• Passion for improving the lives of patients and motivation to give the best of yourself in an innovative and challenging environment.

• Commitment to dedicate yourself full time to the program from September 2025 to August 2026.

• For international students have a valid NIE or work permit in Spain.
