Responsabilities and Tasks:
We are searching for a BIB Replication Lead for a temporary project (initially 6 weeks but this can be extended) in the Indian time zone.
- Configure and parameterize Business Integration Builder (BIB) for data replication.
- Configure and monitor master data replication between Employee Central and SAP HCM.
- Define and execute unit and integration tests (UAT) to ensure proper data replication.
- Prepare technical documentation on BIB and SAP HCM configurations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree.
- 4 years of experience.
- Business Integration Builder (BIB) proficiency for data replication between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
- Debugging errors in synchronization between Employee Central and SAP HCM.
- Strategies for migrating employee data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors.
- English proficiency.
- Experience in managing VWM projects (desirable).
- Experience in integration on SuccessFactors with SAP HR (HCM) OnPremise.
- Strategy and of data migration from legacy systems.

- Scope time resource risk management and quality assurance.
- Spanish proficiency
