Job Overview:
Looking for a skilled and motivated Fullstack Application Developer to join our tech team. You will design build and scale modern web applications that serve both commercial clients and social impact programs. This role offers the chance to grow technically while contributing to solutions that matter.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain robust frontend and backend applications
- Work closely with UI/UX designers product managers and other developers to deliver highquality features
- Participate in architecture planning code reviews and technical documentation

Integrate APIs and thirdparty services as needed
- Ensure scalability security and performance of applications
Debug test and deploy code using CI/CD pipelines
- Continuously improve the development process and stay updated with modern technologies
Primary Skills (MustHave):
- 15 years of experience in fullstack development
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like or Angular
Proficiency in backend languages: Python Java or .NET
- Experience with REST APIs databases (SQL & NoSQL) and version control (Git)
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP
Secondary Skills (GoodtoHave):
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes or other containerization tools
- Knowledge of GraphQL WebSockets or serverless functions
- Exposure to DevOps CI/CD pipelines or automated testing
- Prior work on edtech social platforms or impactdriven apps is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Strong problemsolving mindset and passion for building scalable products
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
