Job Description
Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Location: Maple Grove MN
Schedule: Rotating shifts MondaySunday 12hour days 8:00 AM 8:00 PM)
Hours: 72 hours per 2week pay period
Hourly Rate: $22.23$27.37 (based on experience)
Position Overview
Join a reputable clinic in Maple Grove MN where youll manage patient flow and support providers in delivering highquality care across all age groups. This role blends handson clinical support with administrative duties in a dynamic teamoriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care:
- Perform rooming procedures immunizations injections and collect lab specimens
- Support prescription refills conduct phlebotomy and pointofcare tests
- May assist with xrays (if certified) telephone support and patient communications
Clinic Support:
- Provide front desk and checkin assistance
- Manage supply ordering and inventory
- Handle prior authorizations as needed
Compliance & Coordination:
- Follow clinical guidelines under RN or provider supervision
- Maintain EMR accuracy and patient confidentiality
- Participate in staff education compliance reporting and quality improvement
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant credential
- Ability to perform phlebotomy specimen collection and basic clinical duties
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with patientcentered care across the lifespan
