Key responsibilities

As a Bellman you will be an essential part of the guest experience. Your main responsibility is to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure process while assisting guests throughout their stay.

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms.
• Provide information about hotel amenities services and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless communication regarding guest needs.
• Support night audit operations as needed ensuring accurate reporting of daily activities.
• Uphold hotel standards for customer service demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries.
• Assist in managing guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues that arise during their stay.

What are we looking for

We are looking for a customerfocused professional and proactive individual who thrives in a fastpaced hospitality environment. Previous experience in a hotel or resort is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong customer service skills with a guestfirst mindset.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is advantageous.
• The ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude strong work ethic and ability to work well in a teamoriented environment.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work 8hour shifts (morning evening and night shifts available) weekends and holidays required.
• Work Location: Miami South Beach FL.
