Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4year course.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Supervisor for BPO Healthcare Accounts in the US.
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement workflow processes.
- Ensure quality deliverables and timely client communication.
- Oversee project and teamwork allocation.
- Monitor quality provide feedback and maintain process documents.
- Record client updates and participate in conference calls.
- Ensure compliance with information security and organizational policies.
- Ensure team awareness of SLAs and undergo required training.
- Maintain privacy and security in all work environments.
- Monitor SLAs maintain reports and report incidents.
- Ensure a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is in place.
- Ensure team training and compliance.
- Monitor and meet client/project SLAs and quality objectives.
- Maintain required reports and implement security controls.
- Address and communicate customer complaints to management.
