Join our clients team as an AR Team Lead and drive excellence in workflow processes and client interactions. Youll oversee operations with a strong focus on compliance and security while championing process optimization and delivering outstanding results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4year course.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Supervisor for BPO Healthcare Accounts in the US.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR).


Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement workflow processes.
  • Ensure quality deliverables and timely client communication.
  • Oversee project and teamwork allocation.
  • Monitor quality provide feedback and maintain process documents.
  • Record client updates and participate in conference calls.
  • Ensure compliance with information security and organizational policies.
  • Ensure team awareness of SLAs and undergo required training.
  • Maintain privacy and security in all work environments.
  • Monitor SLAs maintain reports and report incidents.
  • Ensure a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is in place.
  • Ensure team training and compliance.
  • Monitor and meet client/project SLAs and quality objectives.
  • Maintain required reports and implement security controls.
  • Address and communicate customer complaints to management.
