We are seeking a passionate and detailoriented Destination Wedding Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will assist clients in planning unforgettable destination weddings ensuring every detail is carefully coordinated to create a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their destination wedding vision and preferences

Research and recommend wedding venues accommodations and travel arrangements

Coordinate with resorts vendors and partners to organize all aspects of the destination event

Manage client bookings and maintain accurate records of preferences and requirements

Stay current on destination wedding trends resort offerings and travel guidelines

Utilize provided marketing tools to engage prospective clients and grow client base

Deliver exceptional service from initial consultation through postevent followup
Qualifications

Passion for weddings travel and customer service

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable using online platforms including CRM systems and booking software

Must be at least 18 years of age

Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer (laptop or desktop)

No prior travel industry experience is required.
