What Youll Be Doing:

As a Home Sales Inspector at Fox Pest Control youll be a key player in our mission to provide topnotch service to homeowners. Your day will include:

• Conducting thorough termite inspections: Identifying issues and recommending solutions to customers.

• Building rapport with homeowners: Leveraging your sales skills to upsell additional services especially our premium Sentricon system.

• Hitting sales targets: Youll be actively seeking and seizing opportunities to exceed monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:

We want to work with highenergy proactive individuals who are experts at finding and capitalizing on opportunities. Specifically were looking for:

• Exceptional communication skills: You can explain technical details in a simple and engaging way building trust with customers.

• Proven sales experience: 2 years in sales ideally in a residential or servicebased industry with a strong track record of upselling.

• Customerfirst mentality: You know how to make customers feel valued and keep them coming back.

• Valid Drivers License: Youll be on the go so a drivers license and a clean driving record are a must.

• Pest Control or Termite Knowledge: If youve worked in pest control or have a solid understanding of termite behavior and treatments thats a huge plus! (But if you dont well train you!
