Job Description
Job Title: FullStack Developer
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 4000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday with at least 3 4 hours of overlap between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST. Full alignment with CST hours isnt required but the first few months will need a consistent 4 hour overlap for collaboration.

About the Company:

The company has an established reputation a loyal customer base and is now entering an exciting new growth phase expanding into digital tools that align with its mission of helping people live more intentionally and productively.
Position Overview:
Were looking for a productfocused FullStack Developer to collaborate directly with the founder to design build and launch innovative digital tools. Youll work in rapid MVP cycles have access to AIpowered dev tools and help bring early concepts into production for real users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the founder to brainstorm and shape product ideas
- Rapidly prototype and ship MVPs using modern dev and AI tools
- Build intuitive scalable applications for web and mobile
- Integrate APIs (e.g. Open AI Claude Airtable Notion etc.
- Use tools like Cursor Replit and other AI assistants to accelerate development
- Deploy and manage apps using Vercel (or similar) and GitHub
- Document work clearly via Notion Loom and code comments
- Collect user feedback and iterate based on realworld input
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency with React TypeScript and Tailwind
- Experience with Supabase or Firebase
- Skilled in utilizing Vercel (or similar platforms) for infrastructure deployment and GitHub for version control and collaboration
- Ability to go from idea to working prototype in days
- Experience integrating external APIs and services
- Comfort using AI developer tools (e.g. Cursor Replit Open AI APIs)
- Excellent async communication and autonomy in remote teams
- A selfstarter who thrives with freedom and minimal oversight
NicetoHaves:
- Familiarity with productivity or behavioral tools
- Workflow automation experience (Zapier N8n or similar)
- Backend experience with and Postgres
- UI/UX sensibilities and ability to contribute to frontend polish
- Previous experience working in a startup or founderled team
- Willingness to contribute to product strategy and roadmap
