Position Overview
They are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to oversee and drive the successful delivery of their software projects. This role requires a strong technical background in Java cloud technologies and frontend applications along with excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business objectives ensuring timely and highquality project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.
- Proven experience in cloud technologies (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).
- Expertise in frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript React Angular or similar frameworks).
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
