Job Description
Role Overview: Were seeking a skilled developer to join our client focused on building and enhancing key data solutions for algorithmic trading research. In this role youll work on projects related to tick data management backtesting engines and cloud computing tools. Youll collaborate closely with quantitative analysts developers and traders to design and develop advanced systems that keep our research at the cutting edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data solutions supporting algorithmic trading research
- Work on tick data management backtesting engines and cloud computing tools
- Collaborate with investment management professionals including quants and traders
- Ensure the delivery of reliable data and robust systems
Your Skill Set:
- Expertise in Linux development using C/C STL Boost and Python
- Experience in tick data management and/or cloud computing tools
- 3 years of experience in a quantitative trading environment
- Knowledge of L3 market data (tick data order by order) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Equities and Futures asset classes is highly desirable
- Proficient in Linux/GCC development toolchain and Linux Red Hat
- Experience with mature continuous development processes
- Teamoriented and collaborative mindset
