Experienced Moving Brokerage Representative
Our client a leader in the moving brokerage industry is seeking skilled and motivated professionals with prior moving brokerage experience to join their dynamic sales team. Location:
Hollywood FL (Approximate location: 2031 Harrison St. Exact directions provided upon application).
Shift Hours:
10:00 am 5:00 pm CT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Consult clients on moving services timelines and costs applying your brokerage expertise.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored moving solutions.
- Conduct negotiations and confidently present company services.
- Accurately calculate moving costs and prepare commercial offers.
- Close deals process contracts and finalize terms with clients.
- Call prospective clients to promote services effectively working with warm and cold leads.
- Oversee the entire moving process from initial contact to completion.
- Address and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during the move.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience working as a representative at a moving brokerage.
- Sales Expertise: Skilled in closing deals handling objections and upselling services.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present services clearly persuade clients and actively listen to their needs.
- Customer Focus: Adept at building trust maintaining friendliness and delivering full support to clients.
- Organization: Proficient in managing orders cost estimation and maintaining an efficient workflow.
- ProblemSolving: Strong resilience and ability to address challenges in a fastpaced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission: 10 of the total estimate for completed moves.
- Bonuses: Awarded on a casebycase basis.
- Marketing Support: Access to highquality leads through inbound calls website inquiries and emails.
