What Youll Do in This Role:
Are you passionate about bringing joy to others and making a real impact on someones day As a Dietary Aide at our senior living community youll do just that! Youll be the heart of our dining experience providing exceptional service and creating meaningful connections with our wonderful residents. With every meal you serve youll brighten their day and help them feel valued cared for and appreciated.
This role isnt just about serving food its about creating moments of happiness offering a warm smile and ensuring our residents enjoy a dining experience that feels like home. If youre looking for a fulfilling job where you can make a true difference this is the opportunity for you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create an enjoyable dining experience serving residents and their guests
- Take orders in restaurant service style setting
- Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area
What Youll Need:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a restaurant nursing home or retirement community serving older adults is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
