Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to help shape the future of my clients rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchange. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will play a key strategic and operational role driving innovation growth and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating on strategic initiatives identifying opportunities to streamline processes supporting critical projects facilitating communication and alignment fostering crossfunctional collaboration and developing performance metrics and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets particularly in the institutional brokerage trading and/or exchange space with rich experience as a Programme manager or Business manager. You will possess excellent strategic thinking analytical and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
