Job Description
As a Senior Developer you will:
- Maintain and enhance peripheral applications and user interfaces using Rust and .NET technologies ensuring smooth 24/7 operations.
- Work with an international team in an agile fastpaced and autonomous environment.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to explore new technologies and implement industry best practices to expand system capabilities.
- Provide production support ensuring system stability and performance.
- Mentor and guide team members fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Required Skillset
Wed love to hear from you if you have:
- 68 years of relevant experience with proficiency in a Linux environment.
- A degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Strong coding skills in Rust or C# or any other objectoriented programming language (e.g. Java).
- A genuine interest in financial markets and blockchain technologies.
- A strong sense of ownership over deliverables ensuring reliability scalability and maintainability.
- The ability to analyze and solve complex problems with elegant solutions.
- Experience with multithreading web protocols (e.g. WebSocket RESTful APIs) or highthroughput/lowlatency system design (a plus).
- A track record of mentoring and guiding junior team members.
