Job Description


What You Will Do

  • Build and lead a top performing highfrequency quantitative trading team
  • Develop and implement systematic trading strategies across multiple asset classes
  • Collaborate with Quant & Engineering teams to design and implement trading algorithms
  • Explore new strategies through research and analysis of the latest market trends

Who You Are

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science Math Finance Engineering or a similar discipline
  • An entrepreneurial risk taker with proven experience in crypto trading PnL generation and managing a sizable book on the buyside
  • Track record in leading a team with successful alpha research and implementation
  • Demonstrable passion in digital asset algo trading and market making
  • Selfdriven and ambitious but willing to learn and grow with the team in the digital asset space
  • Mental discipline to solve complex problems and communicate effectively under pressure
  • Strong technical ability and proficiency in Python and/or C would be an advantage

*This position can be based in Hong Kong/Singapore/Shanghai or other locations for exceptional candidates
