Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Manage the full set of books draft financial statements and prepare tailored management reports.
- Oversee payroll MPF contributions and payment processing.
- Prepare regulatory documents and reports as required.
- Liaise with auditors and provide necessary schedules and documentation.
- Support other accounting functions and assist the Managing Director with administrative tasks or ad hoc duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Solid knowledge of HKFRS.
- CPA license or experience in an audit/accounting firm is a plus.
- Detailoriented organized and proactive with strong initiative.
- Selfmotivated and responsible with a positive working attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Strong communication skills to interact with external service providers and internal compliance/legal teams.
- Fluent in written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of fund accounting is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
