Windrush Care is looking for people of all backgrounds and experience to provide genuine personcentred care and much needed support to older people in the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds area. Windrush Care is a small independent and familyowned business based in the centre of Cheltenham. We provide our services to a predominantly private group of clients whom are able to continue living in their own homes.
What we offer first and foremost to our existing and future home carers is flexibility. Most of our other carers work around other jobs. family life and we truly believe in a healthy worklife balance.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of 12.70 per hour (MonFri) 14.70 per hour (Weekends) enhancements for Bank holidays as well as 40p per mile (From home to first call and onwards then back home)
We are currently looking for candidates who have any availability between the hours below.
- 07.00am 14.00pm and 16.00pm 22.00pm

- Opportunity to complete QCF Level 25 in Adult Health and Social Care after 6 months of continued employment. (Dependent on role)
- Access to all training certificates after 6 months of continued employment at no cost to you.

- Oncall support 7 days a week 24 hours a day Supportive office team open door policy.

- Clear and concise pay scales. with nothing hidden. For one hour of work you will be paid our stated hourly rate (dependent on weekdays and weekends)
