Nursery Room Leader
Salary: From 29500
Hours: 45 hours per week
Our client a welcoming and inclusive nursery set within a beautiful building and private grounds is seeking a nurturing and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and demonstrate strong leadership skills to support a safe engaging and inclusive learning environment.
The nursery has created a warm childcentred space where children are encouraged to grow explore and thrive through playbased learning and positive relationships.
What Were Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Room Leader or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of child development and the early years curriculum
- Excellent communication organisational and leadership skills
- A commitment to promoting diversity equality and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of nursery staff to deliver exceptional care and education
- Plan and deliver engaging ageappropriate activities that support development
- Foster a warm inclusive atmosphere for children families and team members
- Build positive relationships with parents maintaining open and effective communication
- Ensure a safe clean and stimulating learning environment at all times
- Support mentor and guide staff through regular feedback and supervision
