About the role
Were looking for an experienced Product designer to join our team and help us build our modern service management platform. This is a onsite position based out of our Bengaluru office. We offer competitive pay to employees and practical benefits for their whole family.

What were looking for (qualifications)
We are not big on formal qualifications and we value handson skills. We also enjoyworking with people looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility towardtheir work.
You have spent at least 2 years of experience designing modern applicationswith usercentric design principles.
You have worked on B2B SaaS applications and have a good understanding ofconversational experiences.
You can stay on top of nonfunctional requirements and can build scalabledesign systems responsive layouts and accessible experiences.
You have handson experience using design tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XDor Illustrator every day to get work done.
You can collaborate with a team full of opinionated people and stay unbiasedwhile presenting your ideas during brainstorming sessions.
You should be able to improvise and make quick design decisions while leveragingbasic design principles and common sense.
You need to come in with a growth mindset and push yourself to get better everyday.
You have taken the time to read and understand our cultural values. Mostimportantly you can collaborate with your teammates without acting like a jerk.
Job requirements
What youll do (responsibilities)
Drive user research programs. You will partner with product managers to douser research interviews with realworld customers and work iteratively to refinethe product over time.
Collaborate with product and engineering: You will coown the productroadmap with the rest of the product and engineering teams and influence whatgets prioritized for upcoming quarters.
Present your work to the team. You will meet with the team and our customersto present user journeys and walkthroughs to help them understand how ourproduct works endtoend.
Make decisions using product analytics. You will leverage all kinds of data atyour disposal to make informed decisions about user experience and productcapabilities.
Publish best practices. If you have a passion for writing you can publish ourdesign practices and discoveries on our Atomicwork blog.
Selfdirect your work and coown the product. You will act as an owner of theproduct and will have autonomy and responsibility to do whats right for thecustomer.
