Las funciones del Administrativo/a de la Delegacin de Zaragoza tendr las siguientes responsabilidades:
Atender las consultas de los clientes tanto externos como internos sobre precios catlogo existencias pendientes contrato y funcionamiento de nuestros procesos de distribucin. Estas consultas se atienden por telfono y por correo electrnico.
Capturar en el SCL pedidos de promocin colegios y ampas y archivar la documentacin relativa a dichos pedidos.
Atender las reclamaciones de los clientes. Cuando se trata de reclamaciones de servicio contrastar la informacin del cliente con nuestros sistemas y con las agencias de transporte para comprobar la verosimilitud de la reclamacin y darle el tratamiento que corresponda aceptarla o no aceptarla y generar un nuevo pedido un abono una recogida etc.
Hacer las gestiones para el cobro de saldos pendientes: para las cuentas que cada uno tiene asignadas en el caso de las que tienen gestin manual (colegios ampas o GGSS por ejemplo) llevar el extracto de la cuenta actualizado compartirlo con el cliente verificar y resolver las discrepancias y solicitar el pago del saldo cuando corresponda.
Gestin de pedidos y archivo de documentacin.
Dar soporte al equipo de las delegaciones comerciales correspondientes.
