Enterprise Architecture Manager

Location:

The Enterprise Architecture Manager provides strategic leadership to guide technology decisions at Key across architecture areas with a focus on infrastructure cloud data and analytics domains. The individual will lead a team of architects in daytoday operations and will work with technology teams to help define technology strategy and assuring crossportfolio alignment. They will assist in the review and approval of the architecture designs for the delivery of projects. They will help develop and communicate the Banks technology architecture plan and the infrastructure components required to support it.

Essential Job Functions

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that solutions are integrated and aligned with overall enterprise architecture goals and objectives and ensuring that solutions are scalable secure and reliable
• Build and maintain a pipeline of team initiatives that align the architecture team to Keys strategic efforts and goals.
• Evaluate shortterm business needs required to support key business goals and establish priorities. Consult with business information and technical subject matter experts to identify how a given architecture can support these goals.
• Provides consultation on application and infrastructure development projects to ensure systems align with architectural standards and identifies when design modifications are needed to accommodate the solutions architecture and best practices
• Leads evaluation design and analysis for the implementation of architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on enterprise architecture strategy business capabilities and enterprise standards
• Acts as a consultant on a broad range of technologies platforms and vendor offerings to deliver wholistic solutions to the business
• Assist in developing technology roadmaps and overall technology strategy
• Understanding of banking and banking trends
• Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models
• Deep technical knowledge across infrastructure cloud data software and analytics architectures
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strategic planning leadership and relationship management
• Understanding of organizational structure and culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
• Masters degree in technology or business desirable
• 7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
• At least 3 years in a leadership role desirable
• Experience in architecting enterprise applications across the application data and infrastructure domains
• Experience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and practices.
• Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Must be highly reliable trustworthy honest and commitment oriented.
• Experience in performing industry analysis and identifying technology trends specific to the portfolio.
• The ability to manage and mentor a team of architects ensuring the development and growth of the team.
• Strong situational analysis and decisionmaking abilities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110000 to $175000 annually depending on jobrelated factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for shortterm incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance. Key has implemented a rolebased Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. As a result this role may be Mobile or Homebased which means you may work primarily either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties.
