Are you passionate about driving organizational transformation and enhancing workforce capabilities Join Hitachi Energy as a People Capabilities Leader where youll design deploy and manage leadership development systems that elevate organizational performance. Collaborate with HUB leadership to align training systems with company standards and best practices fostering employee development and engagement. As a change agent youll leverage your expertise in leadership development methodologies employee engagement strategies and coaching techniques to create impactful training programs. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of organizational excellence making a tangible difference in the lives of employees and the overall success of the company.
How Youll Make an Impact
Develop and oversee leadership training initiatives to improve performance and engagement.
Implement tiered leadership training programs incorporating best practices.
Create and integrate training materials into the LMS establishing a Train the Trainer program.
Enhance the DDI trainer certification process and create a pool of trainers.
Serve as a qualified trainer for leadership programs.
Partner with HR and Training & Development teams to enhance onboarding programs.
Track review and analyze training KPIs to continuously improve program outcomes.
Oversee the management of training resources including people tools and equipment.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Training & Development Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field.
Minumum 10 years of relevant experience in leadership and people management.
Handson experience with servant leadership principles.
Proven ability to drive organizational transformation.
Expertise in designing and organizing leadership training programs.
Proficiency with multimedia training software.
