Summary
DLA Pipers Boston office seeks a Junior Real Estate Associate with 14 years of experience in general real estate transactions including purchase and sale joint venture and financing transactions. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools as well as prior experience in a large or midsized law firm.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of transactional law experience.
Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.

Essential Job Expectations

Physical Demands Work Environment and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
