A role you will love
As a Customer Service Representative your primary focus will be on assisting customers and ensuring topnotch service quality. Reporting to a Team Leader youll use various inhouse IT systems to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Youll deliver services on behalf of our clients via telephone facing a variety of interesting and rewarding challenges every day.
Schedule:Monday to Friday shifts between 8 am and 9 pm and some bank holidays on a rotational basis. The position is open to candidates who are within an hours commute of Bristol BS99 6ZZ and requires a reliable internet connection at home.
Training: Training lasts six weeks starting 16th June from 9 am to 5:30 pm with no leave permitted during this period. After training youll work fulltime in the office until completing your probationary period. Once probation is completed you can switch to a hybrid schedule with at least three days a week in the office.
