What Youll Do:
As our Service Manager youll be the driving force behind our service department ensuring operational excellence high customer satisfaction and team productivity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of our service department and ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Leading training and motivating our team of technicians and service advisors to achieve their highest potential.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service and a unified approach to customer satisfaction.
- Implementing strategies to maximize efficiency profitability and customer loyalty.
Who Were Looking For:
- A dynamic leader with a proven track record in service department management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to excellence and a passion for the automotive industry.
- A visionary with a knack for problemsolving and process improvement.
- Previous experience in a highvolume dealership service department preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience on Reynolds and Reynolds DMS.
