What Youll Be Doing A Day in the Life:
As a Pest Control Technician your role is at the heart of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Youll be out on the road visiting customers building trusting relationships and providing solutions that keep homes and businesses pestfree. Each day will include delivering expert pest control services by greeting customers in a professional friendly manner and preparing customized treatments for each customer based on their unique pest control needs. You will be documenting services provided and offering tailored recommendations for longterm protection. We strive for efficiency between customers maintaining focus and energy throughout your day
What You Need to Succeed:
- A positive peoplefirst attitude who thrives on independence
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors doing manual labor and following service routes
- Passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service
- A desire to learn how to analyze pest activity explain it to customers and take action
- Willingness to follow servicing protocols and apply products safely
- Prior pest control experience or certification great but not !
- Must be 21 or older have a valid drivers license and be authorized to work in the US
