VP Procurement

About the Role:

As VP Procurement you will lead the strategy and of procurement initiatives across the company focusing on optimizing supplier relationships driving cost savings and supporting crossfunctional priorities. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role that requires deep expertise in sourcing negotiation vendor management and process improvement. You will work closely with senior leadership to align procurement activities with business objectives and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy policies and processes for the organization.

• Lead highvalue negotiations with key suppliers to ensure favorable terms quality and costefficiency.

• Partner with Finance Legal Operations Technology and other departments to align procurement with company goals.

• Assess select and manage vendors and suppliers including performance monitoring and risk mitigation.

• Analyze spend data and identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities.

• Establish procurement metrics and reporting to track performance and demonstrate impact.

• Lead initiatives related to procurement systems automation and digital transformation.

• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends supplier landscapes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum 20 years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience with a demonstrated track record in enterpriselevel procurement strategy and .

• Experience working in a healthcare technology or highly regulated environment is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional negotiation analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

• Deep knowledge of procurement best practices tools and technologies.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High integrity business acumen and a passion for operational excellence.
