This is a fulltime onsite role for an Admin Executive located in across locations.The person will be responsible for performing daily administrative tasks managing office equipment and supplies facilitating communication within the office and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What Youll Do:
- General administrative activities
- Maintenance & Repair work
- Front office management
- Housekeeping
- Security and safety
- Vendor management
- Service provider management
- Asset/stock management
- Public relations
- Coordination with other departments for overall smooth functioning
- Managing daytoday operations
- Provide administrative and Clerical support to dept. and individuals
- Taking care of conference rooms and arranging activities
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
- Maintenance of office stocks security housekeeping staff attendance and related works
- Optimizing costs
What Were Looking For:
All Information security responsibilities can be located in The Book of Bill (Global) and The Book of Bill (Global) French. Please note that Information security responsibilities are based on role.
