Are you a customer service professional with a passion for problemsolving and helping others thyssenkrupp Materials NA is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on 2nd shift! If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy providing topnotch support to both suppliers and internal teams we want to hear from you.
Job Description
What Youll Do:
Provide customer service regarding material and order status via phone/email
Assist customers by coordinating issue resolution with internal departments
Meet and track internal sales goals related to orders and customer service
Maintain and update reports on issues orders and sales results
Enter orders and prepare quotes as needed
Maintain a positive solutionsoriented approach to customer interactions
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
2 years of customer service experience (Sales or purchasing experience in the aerospace industry is a plus!
Strong computer skills beyond the basics
Excellent communication & problemsolving abilities
Selfmotivated dependable and customerfocused
Flexible availability including potential overtime
