As a Data Engineering Technical Lead you will play a crucial role in architecting developing and optimizing data solutions that drive business intelligence. You will lead a team of data and machine learning engineers to create scalable highperformance data architectures while ensuring data integrity security and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of data and machine learning engineers fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Design implement and optimize scalable data architectures and ETL processes.
- Develop and maintain highquality reliable data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
- Ensure data integrity security and governance by implementing best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Evaluate select and integrate innovative data engineering tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop datadriven strategies that align with business needs.
- Optimize performance scalability and costeffectiveness of data infrastructures.
- Monitor troubleshoot and refine data processes ensuring high availability and efficiency.
- Enhance automation and build largescale data solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Act as a bridge between raw data and actionable insights to support decisionmaking.
- Ensure rigorous documentation of data processes ensuring clear understanding across teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
MustHaves:
- 6 years experience in data engineering analytics and big data solutions.
- 2 years experience leading teams in a datadriven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python SQL Java and other data engineering languages.
- Expertise in ETL development data modeling and data warehousing.
- Handson experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop Spark).
- Strong knowledge of streaming data platforms such as Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis.
- Experience with containerization and deployment tools (Docker Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI).
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
