Workforce Technology Engineer

About the role

The Workforce Technology Support team provides end user support services to our associates across our offices in Nottingham and London. Supporting a range of technologies including endpoint (Windows and Mac) meeting room tech/auditorium and digital signage.

This is a handson technical role so a strong technical background is required. There will also be the opportunity to manage a team member so this would be ideal for an experienced engineer looking to take their first steps into leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the support experience for our London based associates.
  • Manage incidents in person at the IT bar and remotely.
  • Manage requests changes and problems.
  • Oversee events in the auditorium
  • Ensure meeting room tech and digital signage is functioning correctly
  • Service improvements

What are we looking for

  • Strong technical knowledge in End User Compute technologies including Windows 11 MacOS Virtual Desktops (AWS Workspaces) Mobile VC (preferably Zoom) and digital signage platforms.
  • Technical knowledge of management tools including Intune Jamf Airwatch.
  • Technical knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Jira and Confluence
  • Effective communication with associates at all levels both technical and nontechnical.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst being part of a wider team.

This is a permanent position based in our London office.

We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.

Were big on collaboration and connection so youll be based in our London office 3 days a week on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.
