We are delighted to now be assisting an excellent group of stylish hotels located across the UK. One of their most luxurious properties an awardwinning hotel based in Bath is looking for a creative Head Pastry Chef to lead their passionate pastry team.

Responsibilities as the Head Pastry Chef
- Creating a variety of afternoon tea treats breads and desserts
- Letting your creative juices flow as you create new recipes to wow guests
- Leading managing and motivating the pastry team
- Encouraging excellence by providing outstanding training and passing on your pastry knowledge and expertise
- Collaborating with the Executive Chef to coordinate rota management food ordering and food safety management
Working closely alongside their talented Executive Chef you will be creating a variety of indulgent desserts beautiful breads and afternoon tea treats to be served in their awardwinning restaurant and casual dining space.
