Position Overview:
We are hiring for a PMO Lead to establish and oversee project management practices across Passes. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless of crossfunctional initiatives optimizing processes and driving organizational alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a skilled project manager strategic thinker and an effective communicator who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a companywide project management framework to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough analyses of key strategic questions and use datadriven approaches to support decisionmaking across a range of topics including product analysis financial planning and market research.
- Manage a portfolio of projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Collaborate frequently with stakeholders across functions (engineering product partnerships finance) to prioritize and align initiatives with company goals.
- Create and maintain project plans including timelines budgets resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and organizational performance.
- Conduct regular project status updates and facilitate crossfunctional communication to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Identify and address bottlenecks dependencies and risks that could impact project outcomes.
- Conduct extensive market research to identify trends business opportunities and competitive strategies.
- Lead postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and continuously improve processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership providing insights and recommendations to optimize operations and achieve strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management strategy consulting or a related field preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Strong data analytics and business analysis skills; ability to interpret complex data and create actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with experience in creating dashboards reports and metrics to inform decisionmaking.
- Proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn adapt and take on new challenges.
- Strong strategic thinking mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Passion and experience in the tech and media industries are a plus.
