In this role you will lead a team of high performing individuals that own developing plans and executing on initiatives that will support excellent inventory management build an effective supply chain and drive successful interactions with our partner teams.

Key job responsibilities A successful Manager of Instock Launch Planning will:
Manage a team of high performing individuals in the instock launch planning space Manage inventory availability and inventory health including: improved instock inventory planning vendor operational improvement (efficiency fill rates lead time) forecasting and waste reduction Drive crossfunctional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and overall cost structure of the business Perform complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve revenue and profitability Write documents and updates that communicate insights in a digestible manner to senior leaders. Collaborate with Instock Category Teams Marketing Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate inbound ramp and promotional plans for new launches develop tools automation and improve processes.
7 years of Excel experience Bachelors degree or 5 years of professional or military experience 5 years of team management experience Experience working with complex data sets Experience communicating results to senior leadership Experience leading process improvement systems development and project management
Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques Experience with SQL Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
