NEON is a highly specialized transactional law firm. We provide advice particularly in the areas of Private Equity Venture Capital Real Estate and litigation. Our Tech & Data team advises on digital and datadriven business models intellectual property rights (in particular software contracts) data protection and digital law as well as artificial intelligence. What makes the team special is that it is involved in transactions in the technology sector and advises our clients on an ongoing basis on contract drafting and legal issues relating to the development of their operational business. Your profile
- You have an excellent academic record (excellent exams) and an outstanding command of English
- You have successfully completed the 1st or 2nd state examination
- Ideally you have already gained some initial insights into the areas of data protection law/IT law and/or IP. At the very least you should have a keen interest in familiarizing yourself with these areas through your work
- You enjoy practical and independent work
- You are keen to familiarize yourself with a wide range of new topics relating to data law in particular digital EU legislation such as the GDPR Cyber Resilience Act AI Regulation and Digital Services Act and the impact on our clients concerns
- You are highly motivated quick on the uptake can think outside the box and enjoy working in a team
