Primary Responsibilities:
Our Service Porter is responsible for keeping inventory neat and well maintained by also keeping the vehicles in proper places. Service Porters provide support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining all vehicles condition under the dealerships care and ensure all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow.
Responsible for:
- Meet and Greet clients in the service drive
- Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day
- Park vehicles after advisor check in pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives
- Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently
- Get vehicles to/from wash as needed
- Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled downin a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries directing them to appropriate personnel and ensuring their satisfaction
- Ensure the safety and security of vehicles equipment and premises reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid drivers license
- Clean driving record no blemishes
- Excellent customer service skills
Hours:
4 day work week would consist of a rotating schedule Monday to Saturday. Monday Friday hours are 7 AM to 6:00 PM and every 3rd Saturday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM
Compensation: Starting at $14/hr.
