Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Field Sales Representative to represent a premium cosmetics brand. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a passion for beauty someone with excellent relationshipbuilding skills and a strong track record in driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation.
- Conduct facetoface meetings with potential and existing clients to present products/services and close sales.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and contracts.
- Track sales activities monitor performance against goals and report on sales metrics to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to network and promote our brand.
Requirements
- Proven experience in field sales within the beauty/aesthetic sector.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Selfmotivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid drivers license
