What you will do:
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Develop and implement advanced data models algorithms and analytics solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering product and business stakeholders to identify datadriven opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
- Drive the design and of data experiments ensuring robust data collection analysis and interpretation.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models in production environments.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in data science machine learning and artificial intelligence and apply these insights to improve our data capabilities.
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure data quality integrity and security across all data initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in a data science leadership role or similar role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or SQL.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $149700.00 $224500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
