Banquet Chef Esplanade Lakewood Ranch
Esplanade Lakewood Ranch is seeking a talented Banquet Chef to lead our banquet culinary operations. This role is ideal for a skilled chef with experience in banquet prep and a strong working knowledge of prep or commissary kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee banquet food preparation ensuring highquality for events.
Maintain efficiency and consistency in a highvolume environment.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to execute menus.
Ensure proper food safety sanitation and kitchen organization.
Assist in ordering inventory management and cost control.
Qualifications:
Previous banquet prep experience required.
Strong knowledge of prep or commissary kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a teamoriented environment.
Passion for quality food and attention to detail.
