Job Title: Janitorial/Custodial Worker

Job Type: FullTime/PartTime
Job Summary:
Lou Fusz Ford is looking for a reliable and detailoriented Janitorial/Custodial Worker to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our dealership. This role is essential in ensuring a clean safe and welcoming environment for our customers and employees.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms and office spaces.
- Sweep mop and vacuum showroom floors service areas and hallways.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
- Clean windows glass doors and other surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.
- Restock janitorial supplies as needed.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs.
- Ensure outdoor areas including walkways and parking lots are kept clean and free of debris.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals.
- Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending standing and walking for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening background and insurability checks
