Description:
The primary role of this position is sales support with associated operational responsibilities. The successful candidate will be trained to be well versed in all Avfuel products primarily focused on supporting the Avfuel Contract Fuel Network by providing dedicated support to our Contract Fuel desk.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling quotes and fuel authorisations for 3000 locations globally serving 4000 flight departments totalling 16000 aircraft.
Supporting the European sales team with administrative duties and follow up calls to prospective and existing customers.
Supporting operation staff with FBO and customer service duties invoice processing and light aircraft handling duties.
Promote the Avfuel/Avflight brand and contract fuel program.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must have and aptitude for phonetics and radio communications where required.
Work well under pressure coping with a diverse highly procedural industry while maintaining a flexible approach to all aspects of your work.
Must be able to resolve customer request questions and complaints regarding Avflight services or products.
Requirements:
Flexible working hours including shift and weekend work. Initially working fromlocal Monday to Friday.
In good health a medical certificate is required to grant an Airside driving permit.
All staff must comply with company Health & Safety policy in addition to operating procedures and any Ground Staff Instructions issued by the Operations Manager.
A desire to further your skill set through relevant industry training.
