YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Crew Leader in leading motivating and developing the team
Be the ultimate host bartender and front office star all in one
Ensure smooth operations at the bar lobby and reception with fun flair and structure
Train onboard and support new crew members #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork
Take responsibility for stock ordering and administrative tasks
Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance our F&B and guest experience offerings
Collaborate with Housekeeping Engineering and the back office because strong vibes need strong teamwork
Anticipate guest needs before they even realise them and deliver that wowfactor
Help improve processes and spread the Moxy energy throughout the hotel
Job requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Youre a host with personality charm and edge
You can run the bar and front office like a pro and what you dont know yet well teach you #moxystyle
Youre open to new hotel concepts think outside the box and love flat hierarchies
Ideally youve got experience in hospitality or F&B and want to grow further
Youre motivated structured a team player and flexible when it comes to working shifts
You speak good German and English any additional language is a plus #multicultural
