ONE A Potters House Church is seeking a skilled Audio Engineer A1/Lead to oversee and ensure excellence in our production for Sunday services and other church events. This role demands a high level of expertise in live event audio including setup mixes mastering programming and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will not only manage the technical aspects of audio but will also lead and develop a team that consist of team members and volunteers to achieve the highest standards of production quality.
Oversee all aspects of audio for Sunday services and other special events including inperson and online broadcasts ensuring topquality production and .
Perform setups and installations for audio including cable management software setup and patching.
Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly to maintain seamless production quality.
Master live event audio setups and online audio mixes/mastering.
Direct and manage a team and volunteers.
Recruit train and develop volunteers in audio enhancing their skills and engagement with the churchs production needs.
Work collaboratively with the production team and other departments to coordinate and execute church services and events effectively.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in the field of audio to continually improve the churchs production quality.
Other duties as assigned.
Proven experience and mastery in live event audio setup/mixing online audio and mixing/mastering.
Demonstrated experience with Allen & Heath Avantis mixing consoles 64 channels) Dante Audio Networking and Logic Pro for audio mastering and mixing.
Strong technical skills with experience in setup installation and troubleshooting of audio.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team including paid staff and volunteers.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
A commitment to the mission and values of ONE A Potters House Church.
Availability to work on Saturday and Sundays and other event days as needed.
