The Opportunity
Are you ready to take your career to the next level Join Hitachi Energy as a Maintenance Planner at our Jefferson City MO location and play a pivotal role in enhancing our workforce productivity and work quality. In this dynamic position you will be responsible for planning and coordinating labor parts materials and equipment access to ensure the reliability and longevity of our distribution transformer manufacturing equipment. Your efforts will directly contribute to reducing maintenance costs and increasing product output. How Youll Make an Impact
Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and schedules.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians.
Enforce safety programs and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Train direct and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Identify repetitive equipment failures and determine root causes.
Manage inventory of critical parts tools and consumables.
Track and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization and maintenance cost.
Resolve problems by analyzing data and recommending solutions.
Your Background
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in planning and supervisory roles.
Previous direct supervisory or similar leadership experience.
Experience advising highperformance work groups and implementing continuous improvement systems.
Strong people coaching management and communication skills.
Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling.
Ability to analyze data and identify solutions.
