Job Description
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC lathes machining centers Fanuc robots lasers parts washers and other automation equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend machine life
- Diagnose mechanical and minor electrical issues and replace motors switches and fuses
- Support complex repairs with direction from senior technicians or supervisors
- Interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety protocols
- Help ensure a clean organized and efficient work environment

- 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or CNC machine shop environment
- Solid knowledge of CNC systems automation and Fanuc robotics
- Ability to read blueprints use precision measuring instruments and perform shop math
- Familiarity with safety procedures including Lock-Out Tag-Out Forklift Safety and Arc Flash
- Self-starter with excellent judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety housekeeping and quality standards
