Recruitment Delivery Consultant

The Role
- Attract and assess candidates for technology and engineering roles.
- Use Boolean search and other creative sourcing techniques to find suitable candidates.
- Write wellcrafted job adverts manage LinkedIn projects and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
- Manage the full recruitment cyclefrom job qualification to candidate placement.
- Ask loads of questions!

- Salary Commission & Bonus: 2530k base commission 250 per contract placement 400 per permanent placement) quarterly bonus scheme
- Flexible Working: Core hours from 10 am to 4 pm with the option to work from home on Fridays and a 4 pm finish.
