CNC Grinder (Studer)
Salary: 25.50 per hour (including 33 night shift allowance)
Location: 15minute drive / 30 minutes via public transport from Newbury
Hours: Night Shift Mon to Thurs 19:0007:00
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highperformance engineering company near Newbury supplying precision components to the automotive and motorsport sectors.
As a CNC Grinder youll play a key role in machining highspec metallic parts using stateoftheart Studer grinding machines. Working to tight tolerances youll contribute to projects that demand precision speed and consistency.

CNC Grinder Responsibilities:
Operating Studer CNC grinding machines to exact specifications
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining
Performing selfinspection using micrometers verniers and gauges
Collaborating with other team members to maintain workflow and meet deadlines
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience with Studer or similar CNC cylindrical grinding machinery
Proven track record of working to tight tolerances (motorsport/aerospace ideal)
Skilled in precision inspection techniques
Strong understanding of machining processes and quality control standards
