Are you a seasoned Engineering Manager looking to lead highimpact projects and inspire a team of top engineers Our client is seeking a dynamic leader to drive their engineering initiatives and shape the future of their projects across Energy Water Transport and Development sectors.
Your Mission:
- Lead & Develop: Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Project Mastery: Oversee complex projects from planning to ensuring ontime withinbudget delivery.
- Technical Vision: Provide expert guidance drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with crossfunctional teams and clients to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Financial Acumen: Manage budgets optimize resources and ensure financial success.
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters preferred)
- Professional Registration with ECSA or equivalent certification
- Experience managing engineering teams and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project management tools.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks MATLAB)
- Background in Energy Water Transport or Development sectors.
- Ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance.
